Sholeh has more than 15 years of experience teaching yoga, meditation and Tai chi, guiding individuals to master their lives, finding happiness and peace inside. She is the co-owner of Body & Brain Yoga Taichi where she teaches classes, leads workshops and consults members to achieve their highest potential. She is certified and teaches Brain Power Wellness (a mindfulness brain based) curriculum at schools. She is a passionate advocate for bringing mindfulness into the schools.
